higherMark for Apple Silicon starts phoenixd on that Mac. The 12-word recovery phrase is written to ~/.phoenix on that Mac. Fourth Sol does not receive the phrase, the balance, or the invoices.

The app does not ask you to create a Fourth Sol account. It does not include a tracking SDK. Advanced Mode is stored in this Mac’s browser storage inside the app, so the blur gate can stay off until you turn it on.

If you turn on “Allow this Wi-Fi,” phoenixd listens on your local network so the iPhone app can reach it. That password is the phoenixd HTTP password on your Mac. Do not use that switch on a network you do not trust.

The iPhone app does not start a second phoenixd. It sends the address and password you type to the Mac you name. The balance you see is that Mac’s balance.

If you save them, the password and an optional copy of the 12 words are stored in the iPhone Keychain for this app. The Mac address is stored in UserDefaults on that iPhone. Fourth Sol does not receive those values.

A second live node using the same phrase at the same time can force-close the channel. Restore the phrase on a new Mac only after the old Mac has quit.

The wallet embedded in the browser is a preview. It is not the phoenixd on your Mac, and it is not a wallet operated for visitors by Fourth Sol.

The host that serves this site keeps ordinary connection logs, such as the address of a request and the path that was requested. The contact form sends the message you type to Fourth Sol at the address published on Contact.

Staff tools under /admin are for Fourth Sol operators. They are not part of the Mac or iPhone app.
